Build the app your team keeps asking for β€” in days, not quarters

Vibe turns a description, a spreadsheet or a whiteboard sketch into a production application: data model, screens, workflows, permissions and the infrastructure underneath. You keep the outcome; we keep it running.

Why Vibe

Internal software should not take two quarters

Most business applications fail for the same reasons: the queue is long, the prototype never hardens, and nobody owns it after launch. Vibe attacks all three.

Prototype on Monday, production by Friday

Describe the process you want to replace and Vibe generates the data model, screens and workflow to review immediately. Iterate in the open, not in a six-week discovery phase.

Real applications, not a walled garden

Every app compiles down to a conventional stack with a real database, real APIs and exportable code. Nothing about Vibe requires you to stay on Vibe forever.

Secure and maintained by default

Authentication, role-based access, audit logging, backups and patching are part of the platform. Teams inherit them rather than rebuilding them for every internal tool.

Scales past the pilot

The same application that started as a spreadsheet replacement keeps running when it becomes business-critical, with capacity, observability and rollback handled underneath.

How it works

Describe it, shape it, ship it

The same three steps whether you are replacing a spreadsheet or rebuilding a decade-old internal system.

  1. Describe it

Start from a sentence, a spreadsheet or an existing database. Vibe proposes a data model and a first working screen you can click through the same day.

  2. Shape it

Refine fields, layouts, permissions and workflow rules visually or by asking for changes in plain language. Every change is versioned and reversible.

  3. Ship it

Publish to a managed environment with SSO, backups and monitoring in place, then keep iterating while the platform handles upgrades underneath.

What you build

Everything a real internal application needs

Not just forms. The pieces that decide whether an app survives contact with the business.

Data models

Define entities, relationships and validation visually or by describing them. Import an existing spreadsheet or database and Vibe infers a starting schema.

  • Versioned migrations
  • Referential integrity
  • Import from CSV or SQL

Screens and UI

Lists, forms, dashboards and detail views generated from the model, then refined component by component with direct manipulation or AI chat.

  • Responsive by default
  • Accessible components
  • Custom branding

Workflows and automation

Approvals, escalations, scheduled jobs and notifications expressed as rules with guardrails, so automation stays auditable instead of buried in scripts.

  • Approval chains
  • Scheduled jobs
  • Full audit trail

Integrations

Connect the systems the process already touches, and expose your own APIs so the app is a participant in your architecture rather than an island.

  • REST and webhooks
  • SSO via SAML and OIDC
  • Event streams

What we run

We operate it, you own it

The unglamorous work that sinks internal tools β€” deploys, patching, backups, monitoring β€” is the platform's job, not yours.

Managed deployment

Every change ships through a pipeline with staged environments and one-click rollback. No cluster to stand up, no release engineer to borrow.

Security operations

Patching, dependency updates, secret rotation and hardening are run for you, with the evidence trail your security reviewers will ask for.

Observability

Logs, metrics and traces are wired up before the first release, so a slow screen is a question you can answer instead of a mystery.

Backups and recovery

Point-in-time backups and tested restores, because the internal app that runs a real process deserves the same care as a customer-facing one.

Who it is for

One platform, whichever team is blocked

Operations

Replace the spreadsheet-and-email process that everyone works around, without waiting for an engineering slot.

Finance

Approvals, reconciliations and reporting with controls and an audit trail that survive scrutiny.

Customer teams

Onboarding trackers, case management and portals that fit how your team actually works.

IT and platform teams

Give the business a safe place to build, with the standards, access control and operational model you already require.

Design partner programme

We would rather earn the case study than invent one

Vibe is pre-launch, so this page carries no customer logos and no testimonials β€” there is nothing here we have not built or committed to. What we do have is a design partner programme: a small number of teams building real workflows with us ahead of general availability, with direct access to the people writing the product.

  • Build a real workflow with the team that is writing the product
  • Shape the roadmap while it is still cheap to change
  • Preferential pricing when general availability arrives
  • An honest answer about fit before you invest a quarter

Fits your stack

Connects to what you already run

An internal app is only useful if it talks to the systems around it.

Getting started

Experience Vibe

Three steps, starting with a conversation about a process you would actually like to replace.

  1. Book a demo

Half an hour with the bizapps.io team, walking through a process you would genuinely like to replace.

  2. Pilot on one real workflow

We build alongside you on something that matters, so the evaluation produces a working application rather than a slide deck.

  3. Roll out with support

Move the pilot into production, connect the systems around it, and expand to the next process with the platform carrying the operational load.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is Vibe?
Vibe is a rapid application builder from bizapps.io. You describe the application you need β€” or point it at data you already have β€” and it generates the data model, screens and workflows, then runs the result on managed infrastructure with deployment, security and maintenance handled for you.
Is this another no-code tool my engineers will refuse to use?
It is built to survive engineering review. Applications run on a conventional stack with a real database and real APIs, changes are versioned, and you can export the code. Teams that need to drop into full code for a specific piece of logic can do so rather than fighting the abstraction.
How is AI used, and what does it cost?
AI assists the whole lifecycle β€” proposing a schema, generating screens, drafting workflow rules and explaining changes. It is included in every plan at no additional cost, because it is how the product is meant to be used rather than an upsell.
Who owns the application and the data?
You do. Data stays in your application’s own database, exports are available at any time, and the generated code can be taken with you. The platform is a place to run applications, not a place to trap them.
What happens when an app outgrows the builder?
Extend it with custom code where you need to, or hand it to the bizapps.io services team to take further. A planned full-code product will offer the same managed operations for teams that want to work entirely in their own IDEs and languages.
How do you handle security and compliance?
Authentication, role-based access control, audit logging, encrypted storage and backups are part of the platform rather than per-app work. Patching and dependency updates are run centrally, and each release leaves an evidence trail for your reviewers.
Can it connect to our existing systems?
Yes. Applications can call REST endpoints, receive webhooks, publish events and authenticate against your identity provider over SAML or OIDC, so a new app fits into the architecture you already run.
When can we start?
Vibe is in active development with general availability planned for 2027. Design partners are working with us now on real workflows, and that programme is open β€” book a demo and we will tell you honestly whether your use case is a fit today.
